TileLocal training
The TileLocal training programme
takes 5 weeks to complete. The first three days are spent at head
office in preparation for the launch of your new business. This
covers all aspects of sales and marketing and business setup. We
ensure that everything is covered for the launch of your new
venture and that you get off to a flying start.
Once we have introduced you to the team we will start to familiarise you with our systems and processes. The marketing team at Lighthouse will begin putting together all the elements for your bespoke marketing plan.
You will then be introduced to the franchise accountants who will guide you through every step of setting up your new business including registering your new limited company, VAT registration and setting up a limited company bank account.
On completion of your course our trainers will guide you through the process and help you advance to gain your NVQ Level 2 qualification. Our network of Technical Support Franchisees will be on hand whenever you need them, offering help and advice to make sure that every job goes smoothly.
You will now be equipped with the skills to start
an exciting and rewarding new career with one of the UK’s
most successful franchise operations.
